NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022 CA 001106 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Merle W. Lewis a/k/a Merle Williams Lewis a/k/a Omie Merle Lewis, Deceased; John Travis Hall, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Merle W. Lewis a/k/a Merle Williams Lewis a/k/a Omie Merle Lewis, Deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of John Andrew Hall a/k/a John A. Hall, Deceased; John Travis Hall; William Penn Hall a/k/a William P. Hall; Shelby Wayne Hall a/k/a Shelvy Wayne Hall are the Defendants, that Gwen Marshall, Leon County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, cash by electronic sale at www.leon.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of September, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 1 EAST, AND RUN THENCE EAST 652.5 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 3, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 24 MINUTES WEST 1435.5 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN THENCE EAST 295 FEET PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 3, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 24 MINUTES EAST 148.7 FEET, THENCE WEST 295 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 24 MINUTES WEST 148.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

LESS AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION LYING WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY OF IDLEWILD DRIVE.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
