NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2023, 2023, and entered in Case No. 37-2018-CA-001058 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Rosalind J. Frazier, Escambia County Housing Finance Authority (Florida), are defendants, the Leon County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Leon County’s Public Auction website: https://leon.realforeclose.com, Leon County, Florida at 11am on the 6th day of June, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 660 FEET; THENCE WEST 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN THENCE WEST 165 FEET; THENCE NORTH 165 FEET; THENCE EAST 165 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT:
