PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES
NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to an Agreed Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2023, in Case Number 2022 CA 000206, of the Circuit Court in and for Leon County, Florida, in which Tallahassee-Leon Credit Union, a Division of Central Credit Union of Florida, is the Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against, Mark Stephen Deemer, Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Debra Yvonne Frost, and Nancy J. Deemer are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 29, 2023, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the South Half of the South Half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, and run thence West 66 feet to a point in which is the Point of Beginning; thence run West 56 feet, thence run South 150.5 feet, thence run East 56 feet, thence run North 150.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
And
Commence at the Northeast corner of the South Half of the South Half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, and run thence West 122 feet to a point which is the Point of Beginning; thence run West 100 feet, thence run South 150.5 feet, thence run East 100 feet, thence run North 150.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, then same being Lot 13 of an unrecorded plat prepared by L.G. Flanagan, Registered Land Surveyor, for Roland Harvey, dated June 28, 1957.

Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
