Notice is hereby given that on the 21ST day of December 2022 A.D. , pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the CIRCUIT Court in and for LEON County, Florida Case No. 2011-CA-845 in cause of PREMIER BANK, A FLORIDA BANKING CORPORATION, versus JUNWEI LU AND YUELIAN SHEN, defendant, I, Walt McNeil, Sheriff of Leon County, Florida have levied upon the property of the defendant, JUNWEI LU, defendant, to wit:

The real property and all buildings and improvements thereon described as follows:

BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10 OF ST. ANDREWS AS PER PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN SOUTH 49 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 90.16 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 40 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 16 SECONDS EAST THROUGH A COMMON WALL AND A PROJECTION THEREOF 104.57 FEET. THENCE NORTH 76 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 59 SECONDS EAST 36.88 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE WITH A RADIUS OF 50 FEET WITH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 11 DEGREES 24 MINUTES 28 SECONDS FOR A DISTANCE OF 9.96 FEET (SAID CURVE HAVING A CHORD OF 9.93 FEET BEARING NORTH 21 DEGREES 32 MINUTES 33 SECONDS WEST). On the 31st day of May, A.D., 2023 at eleven o’clock in the forenoon or as soon as possible thereafter at the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, 313 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Fl. 32301. I will offer for sale the defendant’s interest in said property and all buildings and improvements thereon at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, judgments and encumbrances, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand, to satisfy said Execution. No bids will be accepted from Leon County Sheriff’s Office employees or their relatives.
