NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018-510-CAA of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Gadsden County, Florida, wherein CENTENNIAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF DAVID L. BILES; ESTATE OF CAROLINE S. BILES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants, the undersigned will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at South Door of the Gadsden County Courthouse, 10 E. Jefferson St., Quincy, Florida 32351, at 11:00 o’clock a.m. on June 6, 2019 the property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment on Foreclosure to-wit more particularly as:

Lying and being in Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Gadsden County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after sale.
